Boll N Roll: Eat Fast and Healthy

A new place for lunch or afternoon tea.

Have we just walked into a fast food restaurant? At first glance, we could say yes … In terms of decoration, Boll ‘N Roll takes all the codes: open on June 30, this new sign on Rue du Commerce replaces a picture frame store, and has imagined a decor wooded with a few tables, a large counter for ordering, a drinks cabinet … The message is clear: here, we can sit down but we mainly come to eat on the go … and balanced.

The idea comes from two young people from Albert Bayet high school: Melvin and Azim, 21 and 23 years old … We had met them a few months ago to talk about their career … The two boys, one born in Paris , the other refugee from Afghanistan, met during their studies, and since then they have been inseparable … to the point of having done an internship together with a two-star chef in Annecy. Finally, it is not in the kitchen of a large restaurant that we find them but therefore in this small store in the Rue du Commerce in Tours that they hope to develop as a franchise.
